THE DJ..

We supply Groovemix owner and radio broadcaster Wayne whose experience stretches right back to the mid 90’s. Now in his later 20s, an extensive music knowledge, mixing skills, high quality equipment and service - all come as standard here.

MUSIC..

The music selection and mix is always adapted to the audience needs (NOt the DJ's). Wayne takes a different approach and can be as eclectic as what the audience will allow. We have over 15,000 mainstream tracks from the 50s - 00s plus all the current top 40 and pre- release material. Other more obscure genre's can be used.

REQUESTS..

Yes, requests are always welcome. This can be done the traditional way of approaching the DJ on the day or requests can be made advance. All music tracks are subject to availability. If a track is essential, we should be notified as early as possible to allow time to source it as necessary.

SET UP..

Much work goes on behind the scenes to create your show and this of course includes transport to the venue and the subsuquent set up. We usually advise that allow 1 hour or more for our set up and an area for us to work in of atleast 10 x 6 foot. If in any doubt please ask.

EQUIPMENT..

We use state of the art, professional stage equipment designed for the job and it of course looks the part.

COST..

The exact fee depends on the following factors:

The type of Event/ function, size of the venue (this determines how much sound & lighting equipment we need to bring), access (i.e. if the equipment has to be carried up flights of stairs etc), Length of the function, (start and finish times).
